Hidden beneath the surface,

I'm the angel you once knew, now falling down

I'm the voice inside our minds

Now becoming as one

What once was there, is now fading from reality

The hope you once knew, 

Now crumbled and used

That light you had followed

Dimming down with the ashes

Feeling so distant

Can't bring myself back up

I have fallen

And this time i'm staying
